Year of the Stone

Year of the Stone – Vampires go into hiding during this year. After being hunted for previous sins and slayings during Year of the Bone (which results in Year of the Scythe), Vampires en masse seeks anonymity. In earliest years, this usually meant caves, but in progressing centuries, also meant castles, fortresses, and other stout residences.

Many Vampires during years of Stone got moody or brooding, and Vampires born Stone years were raised in relatively social confinement, lending their time to creative pursuits. Many of them are talented musicians and artists, while others put their talents into scheming and conniving.
